Mary Edson, Ph.D., SHRM SCP, SPHR, is an organizational strategist who works with managers, project leaders, and teams to overcome adversity by building adaptive capacity and sustainable systems. Mary is a past president of the International Federation for Systems Research (IFSR). She conducted her doctoral research at Saybrook University in San Francisco, CA.
